How to do it
Open the device and find the Health issues card.
Use the three-dot menu at the right of the issue.
Pick how long to put it away.
Dismiss puts away this one issue as it is now. It comes back if it gets worse, or if it goes away and happens again. Silence for 7 days and Silence for 30 days hide that kind of issue on this device. It comes back by itself when the time ends, if it is still true. Ignore on this device hides that kind of issue until you press Restore. That kind means every startup program, not just one. A pending patch has no menu.
Undo it if you slipped.
After you choose, a note offers Undo. It stays for about 10 seconds. The issue stays on the card, dimmed. Its menu has Restore until the page loads again.
Find an issue someone put away.
Open the Alerts tab. Set Status to Silenced / Ignored. The list shows who did it and, for a silence, until when. Open the row menu and choose Restore. The issue comes back on the Health issues card. A dismissed alert is also under Status: Resolved. It has the badge Dismissed. To see who did it and when, open Logs, then Audit Log.
Fold the card if you want.
Click the title or the arrow on Health issues. A folded card still shows the count, such as 3 health issues. Your browser keeps this for all device pages.
Read Never seen and No health issues.
Never seen in grey means the device has never checked in. It does not mean healthy. No health issues with a green check shows only when the device has reported in and is fine.

Why it works this way: How to dismiss, silence or ignore a health issue
Only staff who can edit RMM see the menu. Staff who can only view RMM see the issues. They see the Silenced / Ignored list. They get no menu and no Restore.
Clients see none of these.
If it did not work: How to dismiss, silence or ignore a health issue
- An issue is missing: someone put it away. Restore it from the Alerts tab.
- You see no menu: you can view RMM but not edit it. Ask an admin.
- A hidden issue does not count in the alert counts. It is not in the device list icons either.
