PSA done differently.Inside and out.
It removes the complexity of operating the software that runs one.
What is GoTenix?
GoTenix is a PSA for MSPs: the service desk, time, billing and a client portal in one platform, with RMM and an AI assistant, Elise, built in. It costs Regular price $199, launch price $149 per tech per month, with no minimum and a 14-day free trial.

What you pay for today
The rates we used
- PSA
- $79 per tech, the lowest published per-tech rate we found.
- RMM
- $2.00 per device. Buyers report $2.50 to $4.50, and small fleets pay more.
- Password manager
- $2.00 per user, the entry business tier. Common vendors run $2 to $6.
- Security awareness training
- $1.70 per user, volume pricing. List runs $2.79 and up.
- M365 alerting
- $1.50 per user, half the most common tool's list price.
Software spend only. Tech time saved isn't counted.

“Even with the cost, I'm saving $1000 per tech a month after switching because of everything GoTenix offers.”
Kevin Belyea, CPA, President, Spartan Systems Limited
Your techs barely touch it.
This is a tech's real day: 5 hours 21 minutes tracked, every slice attributed to the ticket that caused it, utilization computed as it happens.
The timer started when the first ticket opened. It noticed idle gaps and asked. The tech's only job was the work itself.
Nobody chases timesheets. The system watches.
Only capture exceptions surface for a manager's eye. In this shot it flagged an unconfirmed timer slice and a pair of entries double-counting the same wall-clock time, on its own.
A clean day shows nothing at all, and generates zero work. That is the point.
Elise works where the work is.
One ticket, three things nobody typed: the timer has been running since the page opened, the reply drafts in the tech's own voice, and scheduling is one click. Ask Elise about the ticket and she answers from its record.
Tickets move themselves.
Replying to a ticket moves its status. Dispatch picks the owner and says why, in a plain sentence in the audit log. Help desk, projects, and whatever boards your shop runs, in list or Kanban.
Elise - Always Working.
A sample of the work GoTenix does on its own overnight, with no technician involved: time captured and logged, patches diagnosed and repaired, tickets routed, articles drafted, passwords rotated, quotes settled.
Everything that acts on its own, in one ledger.
Every rule that acts without a human sits in one library: what fires it, where it came from, whether it's live. And every change the system makes carries who, what, how, and why, down to the setting or automation that drove it. No archaeology.
A client portal worth showing off.
Your clients get their own portal, wearing your brand. Tickets and projects, the documentation and password vault you share with them, their devices, users, and licenses, billing and invoices, security training, meetings, and a full activity log.
And a My Vault that is private to them: their team's own passwords and documents, invisible even to you. Clients notice that kind of respect.
It's the surface your clients judge you by, so it ships polished.
The agent is ours, and it ships with the platform.
Endpoint management isn't a second subscription here. Our own agent for Windows and Linux comes with the platform, and it does the work below on the machines you manage.
Installs in under two minutes
A signed exe or MSI. From then on the device sits in the portal next to its client, its tickets, and its history.
Inventories itself
Hardware, OS, disks, network, installed software, and warranty. Nobody types a serial number.
Online or offline, plainly
Every device says which, on the device page and on the client it belongs to.
A live terminal from the portal
Open a PowerShell or CMD session on the machine and work. No screen, no viewer, just the shell.
Scripts and one-click fixes
Your saved scripts, plus reboot, SFC, DISM, flush DNS, and restart a service.
Patching that repairs itself
Windows by policy, third-party apps through winget. When a Windows update fails, the agent diagnoses the cause and works through a library of ten automated fixes, up to three tries, before a technician sees a ticket.
Your users get a tray icon with a Get Support door. They click it, and the request arrives already tied to the machine they were sitting at. The agent updates itself, and removing a device in the portal uninstalls it.
What it isn't: a way to watch or drive somebody's desktop.
No screen control of our own by design: our Splashtop Business integration opens a session with one click from the Control column in the RMM devices list, and we are looking for a ScreenConnect partner. Here is why.

GoTenix runs the busywork so you can run the business.

“We stopped manually tracking time the day we switched to GoTenix, it's automatic now.”

A client portal your clients actually open.
Tickets, devices, licenses and invoices, in one place.
Their documentation, in the same portal.
A vault only their team can open. Not even you.
Most PSAs: a portal clients avoid, so they email instead.
GoTenix: their own vault, documents and devices.
A real closing reply drafts a knowledge-base article.
In the tech's own voice, not a template.
A site survey becomes a finished client document.
Ready before the tech leaves the parking lot.
In-app help opens the matching step-by-step guide on this site's knowledge base.
Most PSAs: someone has to sit down and write it.
GoTenix: drafted from the close.
Waiting for approval.
Every change says who, what, how and why.
Ever enabled a setting that did something you forgot, and six months later could not find it?
Most PSAs: the log says who and when.
GoTenix: the log says who, what, how and why, down to the setting.
The AI runs on your own key.
You pay the model vendor directly, at their price.
We take no margin in the middle.
No per-action rate quoted after you commit.
Most tools: AI is a metered add-on.
GoTenix: AI is included and runs on your key.
| Metered add-on | Your own key | |
|---|---|---|
| Who bills you | The tool, per action | The model vendor, at their price |
| Margin in the middle | Theirs | None |
| Rate you agreed to | Quoted on a call, later | Published by the vendor, before you start |

The basics, done properly.
Owners have learned to expect these done with mixed performance.
Here is how each one actually works.
Time captures itself.
The timer starts when a ticket opens.
It hands research time back to the ticket that caused it.
At midnight the timesheet is ready, ranked by confidence.
Failed patches get repaired first.
When a Windows update fails, the agent diagnoses it.
It works through ten automated fixes, up to three tries.
Only then does it become a ticket.
Third-party apps come from a catalog that repairs its own source.
The ticket already knows the machine.
Device data sits on the ticket at triage.
The agent and the operator are one system.
Not two products stitched together.
Dispatch explains itself.
Owning pod, then skill match, then free member, then escalate.
The reason for every pick is a plain sentence in the audit log.
The calendar block is sized by real fix time.
Questions, answered.
What is GoTenix?
GoTenix is a PSA for managed service providers: the service desk, time, billing and a client portal in one platform, with RMM and an AI assistant, Elise, built in. Each MSP gets its own isolated instance.
Is GoTenix a PSA or an RMM?
Both. GoTenix is a PSA first, with RMM built in: a device agent reports to the same client and ticket records, so the ticket already knows the machine.
What does GoTenix cost?
$149 a month per technician at the launch price, with no minimum and unlimited devices and users: 3 techs is $447/mo, 5 techs is $745/mo, 10 techs is $1490/mo, 20 techs is $2980/mo. There is no quote tier at any size.
Is there a free trial of GoTenix?
Yes. The trial runs 14 days, needs no credit card and no meeting, and your own instance is ready in about 2-3 minutes. Plans are month to month.
Does GoTenix replace Autotask or HaloPSA?
It can. GoTenix is a PSA, so it takes over the service desk, time and billing. Clients, contacts, technicians, and tickets with their notes, replies and logged time move in from Autotask or HaloPSA, with statuses and priorities mapped to yours. Agreements, invoices and asset records stay in your old system for now. You check the result in a trial before you pick the day you cut over.
What is Elise?
Elise is the AI helper built into GoTenix. She does real work, not just chat. She answers from your own tickets and client records. Each answer links back to the record. She sends new tickets to the right tech and says why. She writes replies in each tech's own voice. If a ticket ends with a fix, she drafts a help article. You check it. She can take actions for you. Safe ones run on their own. Some ask you once. Ones that delete things wait for a second person to say yes. Every action is logged. If a copy is saved first, you can undo it. You can teach her what you like. You use your own AI account and pay for it directly. We add nothing on top. You pick the model for each job. You also set a monthly limit she cannot pass.
Does GoTenix charge extra for AI?
No. Elise is included. There is no AI SKU and no per-seat copilot fee. You bring your own AI provider key and pay the model vendor directly, with no markup in the middle.
Does GoTenix include remote control?
Your existing tool, launched from the device list, by design. GoTenix has no screen-control engine of its own, so your techs keep the remote tool they already trust. With Splashtop Business connected, the Control column in the RMM devices list opens a session on that device, and the audit log records who started it and when.
What makes GoTenix different from other PSAs?
Most PSAs need you to type everything in. GoTenix does more of the typing for you. It tracks your time as you work. Anything it misses comes back as a suggestion. You just approve it. New tickets go to the right tech, and it shows why. If a ticket ends with a fix, it drafts a help article. You check it. Device monitoring is built in, so every ticket already knows the machine. Elise, the built-in AI helper, answers from your records. She takes actions only with the approvals you set. Billing connects to QuickBooks Online. Your clients get their own branded portal. Each MSP gets its own private copy of GoTenix. You pay one price per tech: $149 a month at launch. There is no minimum. AI costs nothing extra.
Is my data isolated from other MSPs?
Yes. Every MSP gets its own dedicated container, its own PostgreSQL database, and its own domain, provisioned in about 2-3 minutes.
