GoTenix Elise AI Assistant

Elise is the AI helper inside GoTenix. She sorts tickets, answers questions, writes the boring parts and fixes some problems on her own. She asks before she does anything big.

Imagine if…

A new ticket comes in. It already has a priority and a tech. A note on the ticket says why.

Your replies log your time for you. Anything missed waits for a quick yes.

The client call is at ten. The agenda is written. Last time’s open items are on it.

A Windows update failed overnight. Elise found the cause and ran a fix. Then she tried the update again.

You close a ticket. A help article is already waiting for your review.

You ask, “Which client has the most open tickets?” You get the answer.

Here is what Elise does.

Instant answers

Ask Elise about your own system. She answers from your own records.

Type a ticket number. She shows that ticket and links to it.

Ask how many tickets are open, by status and by client.

Ask which client uses the most tech time. Or how one tech’s week went. She counts hours from the time log.

Ask how customers rate you, and which clients are unhappy.

Ask what a setting does. She shows its value and where to change it.

She only shows what you are allowed to see.

Dispatch

Elise picks who gets a new ticket.

If the client has its own tech, that tech gets it.

If not, she looks at the team that owns the client. She picks the tech with the right skills and the lightest load.

If no one fits, she tries the next level, then a special team, then a person.

She writes the reason on the ticket.

Triage

When a ticket comes in, Elise reads it.

She decides how urgent it is and sets the priority.

She writes a first note for your tech, with an idea for a reply.

She can add tags too. That is off until you turn it on.

Admin work

Time: the time tracker keeps a timer on the ticket you have open.

A reply, a manual entry or a yes to a suggestion logs the time. A ticket you only looked at is not billed.

Time that nothing claimed comes back as a suggestion. You say yes or no.

You can also ask Elise to log time or start a timer.

Knowledge base: close a ticket with a real closing reply, and Elise writes a help article from it.

The article waits in KB Review. You accept it, edit it, or reject it.

Ticket review

When a ticket closes, Elise scores it.

She rates how well the tech talked and how well the problem was fixed.

She checks if the time spent fit the job.

She lists what went well and what to do better.

A low score can flag the ticket or tell a manager. You choose.

You can also ask a supervisor to approve every close.

Elise can close a resolved ticket herself when the score is high enough. That is off until you turn it on.

You choose who sees the score and what a low score does.

Smart briefs

The night before a client meeting, Elise writes the agenda.

She uses that client’s tickets, devices, security and licenses.

You choose the kind of meeting and the sections it has.

Items left open last time carry over to the next agenda.

Want a quick look at a client any time? Ask for a health briefing or a monthly rundown.

The rundown’s numbers are counted by the system, not guessed.

Auto remediation

When a Windows update fails, Elise looks for the cause.

Then she runs one fix from a set of ten. Then she tries the update again.

Some fixes restart the Windows update services. Some clear its cache. Some check system files or free up disk space.

She tries up to three times a day for each update on each device.

If it still fails, a person gets the alert.

It is on by default. You can turn it off in a policy.

And two more things.

She writes replies in your tech’s voice.

Tap once in an empty reply box. Elise writes a full reply from the ticket.

She uses the tech’s own greeting, sign-off and tone.

Undo brings back what was there before.

Everything she does is written down.

Automations > Library lists every rule that runs on its own.

Action History lists every action Elise took or planned.

Some actions have a Rollback button that undoes them.

A risky action waits for a second person. It never runs from chat.

Your data, your key, your cap.

You use your own AI account.

You connect your own AI account. You pay the AI company directly.

We add nothing on top.

A trial comes with some AI credit. Elise works before you connect your account.

A message cannot give her orders.

Ticket text, emails and replies are treated as plain data.

Nobody can hide an order in a message and have Elise follow it.

You choose what she can read.

Elise reads everyday data by default. She only reads what the person asking may see.

You can block a kind of data under Settings > AI Assistant > Privacy & Redaction. She stops reading it right away.

Each job gets its own AI model.

Settings > AI Assistant > Providers & Model lists each Elise job. Each has a suggested model and the reason.

You can change any of them. Quick jobs like tags use a fast model. Triage gets a stronger one, because it needs quality.

She cannot spend past your limit.

Monthly AI Budget is a hard limit on AI spending. A new instance starts at $300 a month. Change it any time.

Set it to $0 for no limit.

You can also set a limit for each client.

The Elise Dashboard shows calls, tokens and cost this month, by feature.

What she never does.

Risky actions never run from chat.

They go to Review > Gated Actions. A second person with the right permission must approve them.

If no one approves, they expire. Money actions expire in 4 hours. Others expire in 24 hours. An admin can pick 1 to 168 hours.

Big changes ask first.

A Sensitive Write needs one Confirm click in the chat. She never asks twice.

Some things she can never read.

User accounts, roles, secrets, vault entries and audit logs are blocked.

The block is built into the product. No setting turns it off.

Questions, answered.
