When you wonder whether GoTenix can do something, or where to find it

How to find what the platform can do on the Features page

Open Features from your account menu and see everything the platform does in one searchable list, grouped by category, with where to find each feature and what it needs first. Search it, narrow it by category and read the badge on each entry.

How to do it

  1. Click your picture (and your name, on a wider screen) at the top right of any staff page, then choose Features.

Features sits in your account menu, above What's new. It is there on every staff page, so you can come back to it whenever you wonder what the platform can do. The page opens as a filter bar and a list, with no banner above them. Each category is its own card, and every card starts open. If you just signed in for the first time, the welcome window on the dashboard also has a link that reads "Browse the full list of features", but that window only shows once, so use the account menu from then on.

  2. Search, or pick a category.

The search box reads "Search features (e.g., 'auto-start', 'ghost time', 'elevation')". It looks through each entry's name, description, "where to find" line and the setup it needs, so a word like "timer", "vault" or "QuickBooks" finds the entry about it. The menu beside it starts on All categories and lists each category by name, such as Tickets, Time Tracking, Billing, Integrations and Elise (AI). If nothing matches, the page reads "No features match that filter."

  3. Read an entry.

Each entry shows the feature's name, a badge and a description. Entries with a "Where:" tag tell you the screen to open, for example Service Desk in the sidebar for Timer auto-start. Small tags below show what the feature needs first, such as a connected integration, and a tag starting "help:" points to the matching help page. Some entries end with a one-line quote about what the feature is for, such as "Your techs never type a minute again - time tracks itself the moment they open a ticket."

  4. Check the badge, then use Show all or Hide non-live.

The badge reads Live, API only, Hidden or Deprecated. You see only Live entries to start. Click Show all to add any API only, Hidden and Deprecated entries, and click Hide non-live to go back.

  • See the platform's capabilities grouped by category, from tickets and time tracking to billing, integrations and Elise.
  • Search by name, description or where a feature lives, such as "auto-start", "ghost time" or "elevation".
  • Read an entry: its badge, where to find it and what it needs first, then switch between the Live entries and all entries.

If it did not work: How to find what the platform can do on the Features page

  • Cannot find a feature you expect? Clear the search box and choose All categories first. If it is still missing, click Show all, because the page starts with Live entries only.
  • Do not see Features in your account menu? It is in the menu for staff users. The client portal does not have this page.
