What projects, training, licenses, meetings and devices show in the client portal
Follow each project and how far along it is, see which security trainings are due and when reminders stop, spot a license about to renew, agree a meeting agenda and add your own topics, and check which devices your IT provider monitors.
Tickets and Projects tabs
Projects is your Tickets list narrowed to project work only: a ticket that sits on a project board or has sub-tickets under it. A project is one job made of several tickets that belong together. The New Ticket button here opens the same new ticket form as on Tickets.
Status, Priority and search
Status and Priority filter the list the same way they do on Tickets, and the search box looks up a project by name or number.
Projects list
Each row shows the project's number, name, priority, status, who it is assigned to, when it was created, and how many replies it has. Click a row to open it.

Meetings: agendas and recaps
Past Meetings
Past Meetings lists meetings your IT provider has held with you, each with its date, how many agenda sections and action items it has, and who approved it. This one is marked Approved, on Aug 17, 2026. Upcoming meetings are listed above it, and you can open one to approve the agenda, add topics you want to discuss, tick off action items and add notes.
Why it works this way: What projects, training, licenses, meetings and devices show in the client portal
Open a project that has sub-tickets and its page gains two things. A Progress card counts how many of the sub-tickets are done, with a percentage, and a read-only Sub-tickets list shows each one, nested the way your IT provider arranged them. You only ever see your own company's work.
Security Training lists the trainings assigned to you with their year, due date, and status: To Do, Completed or Overdue. It only appears when your IT provider has turned on security awareness training. Each year's training is assigned to everyone at your company, and people who join later are added automatically. An unfinished training sends a reminder every 7 days, every 2 days once the due date is within a week or has passed, and every 14 days when it has no due date. Reminders stop after 10.
Licenses lists your Microsoft 365 subscriptions with how many seats are assigned and available, and when each expires. Seat totals leave out free plans. Per-User Assignments shows who holds which license and its renewal date, and a license within 30 days of renewing gets a badge with the days left, so you can plan seat changes before it lapses.
Devices shows the computers and servers your IT provider monitors for you: how many there are, how many are online or offline, and how many are flagged Consider Replacement because their processor is an older generation. Each device lists its operating system, processor and when it was last seen. If you expect a machine to be listed and it is not, send a ticket.
Questions this page answers
What is on the Projects page?
It lists the larger pieces of work we run for you. A project is one job made of several tickets that belong together. This is the same list you see under Tickets, held to project work only.
How do I find one?
Use the search box to look one up by name. The Status and Priority filters work the same way they do on Tickets. Click a row to open the project.
What do I see when I open a project?
You get the same ticket page, plus two things. A Progress card counts how many parts are done. A Sub-tickets list shows each part with its status. Click one of them to read it. The list is there to read only, so you cannot change it.
What is this page?
It lists the security trainings given to you. Each row shows a due date and where it stands. A training is a short read with a check at the end. Nothing is graded and there is no pass mark. When you confirm one, we record that you read it. Your company keeps that record as proof, so we keep it for good.
Why do these emails keep coming?
A training you have not finished sends you a nudge. It comes about once a week. It comes more often as the due date nears or passes. Finish the training and the emails stop.
What does this page show?
It lists the software licenses your company holds. The cards at the top give a total for each kind. The main table shows each person and what they have. A separate part shows tenant totals. That is how many you own, and how many are in use.
How do I know if a license is expiring?
In the per-user license list, a license that renews in the next 30 days gets a yellow badge with the days left. Ask your IT provider to renew it before that date so your service does not stop.
How do meeting agendas work?
When your IT provider writes up a meeting agenda, you get an email with a link to read it. You can approve the agenda or send back the changes you want.
What devices are shown here?
This page lists the computers your IT provider looks after. Each row shows five things. The device name. The operating system. The processor. Whether it is online or offline. And when it was last seen.
