Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It tells you how to use GoTenix the right way.

What you may not do

• Do not use GoTenix for illegal content or illegal acts.
• Do not attack or probe other customers or our systems.
• Do not send spam or malware through the platform.
• Do not resell access or share logins.
• Do not use the RMM on devices you are not allowed to manage.
• Do not overload the service on purpose.

Seats and fair use

One seat is one named technician with their own login. Keep your device count reasonable for the technicians you pay for. Read the full rule in Seats and fair use.

What we do

• We warn you in writing first.
• You have 30 days to fix the problem.
• We suspend right away only for security threats or illegal use.
• You can download your data before your instance ends.
