Getting started
First-time setup, from the welcome wizard to the first agent.
- How to put your brand on the portal
Make the portal, your emails and your invoice and quote PDFs carry your logo and your brand color. You upload a logo, an optional dark-background logo and a favicon, pick an accent color, and save, all on Settings > Company > Branding. A last section walks the Branding & notifications wizard lesson by lesson, which adds the support identity and the billing emails that go out on their own.
- How to find what the platform can do on the Features page
Open Features from your account menu and see everything the platform does in one searchable list, grouped by category, with where to find each feature and what it needs first. Search it, narrow it by category and read the badge on each entry.
- How to add your first client and invite your team
Get a client, its people and your own team into the portal in one sitting. You create the client, add a contact, give that person portal access, then add a staff member with a permission group. Elise can also create clients and invite client portal users for you after you approve.
- How to set your business hours, boards and response targets
Tell the platform when you are open and how fast you promise to respond. You set your business days, hours and holidays once, and the SLA clock, dispatch and recurring tickets all follow them. Then you add a ticket board and set a response target for each priority.
- How to use the Set up your business wizard
The Set up your business wizard writes down who you are once: company name, portal name, phone and default sales tax. It also points you to the mailboxes, company profile and logo that the rest of your identity comes from.
- How to set up your instance for the first time
Go from your first sign-in to a working portal in four short wizard steps. You confirm your company info, see the modules you have, preview the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace connections and pick the voice Elise writes in. Then a checklist on your dashboard takes you the rest of the way.
