Real fixes draft their own help articles.

The fix lives in one tech's head.

What if every real fix drafted its own help article?

What would that fix for you?

01

Finding the fix

The next tech finds the fix.

It sits in that client's knowledge base.

02

Repeat questions

Fewer answers written from scratch.

The closing reply is already on the page.

03

One person

Less rides on one tech.

The fix is on the page when they are out.

Step by step

How it works

  1. The reply box on ticket #24 with a closing message typed in, above the Auto and Manual switch and the time control.
    1

A tech finishes a fix and writes a plain closing reply.

  2. The reply box with Set status showing Closed and the Send & Close button beside it.
    2

They set the status to Closed and click Send & Close.

  3. The KB Review queue with a draft boxed, showing its title, confidence, tags and the Accept, Edit & accept and Reject buttons.
    3

A draft waits in KB Review, built from that closing reply.

  4. The KB Review queue with a draft boxed, showing its title, confidence, tags and the Accept, Edit & accept and Reject buttons.
    4

The tech accepts it, edits it, or rejects it.

  5. The KB Review queue with a draft boxed, showing its title, confidence, tags and the Accept, Edit & accept and Reject buttons.
    5

An accepted article is filed in that client's knowledge base.

  6. The Knowledge Base list under Documentation on the client Bluebird Dental, with the article row for a fixed ticket boxed: its title, From ticket number, the AI Suggested source and the Approved status. Draft / proposed rows sit above it in the same list.
    6

It is tagged AI Suggested and names the ticket it came from.

What's different

Writing it up later

Closing the ticket drafts the article, so nobody writes it up later.

A person approves every article, and junk and duplicates stay out.

Each article names the ticket it came from.

What stays in your hands

  • A person accepts every article.
  • Not every closed ticket gets a draft.
  • A draft can take a few minutes to show up.
  • Drafts need an AI account, or the trial AI.

Questions, answered.

Can a PSA write knowledge base articles from closed tickets?

Yes, when a ticket closes with a real fix.

GoTenix drafts an article from the tech's closing reply.

A person accepts, edits or rejects it.

How do I build a knowledge base without extra work?

Close tickets the normal way.

Fixes worth keeping come back as drafts in KB Review.

Accept one and it is filed in that client's knowledge base.

Does AI documentation publish without review?

No.

Every draft waits for Accept, Edit & accept, or Reject.

Nothing is published until a person acts.

Does the AI knowledge base cost extra?

Not from GoTenix.

The drafts run on the AI account you connect.

You pay that provider directly.

A trial includes some AI credit.
